SARAH BROOKS
Sarah is an entrepreneurial-minded attorney with broad corporate law and startup experience. She loves working with innovative founders who are solving big problems. Combining her passion for technology, law and company building, Sarah advises early to emerging growth sized companies on general corporate matters ranging from entity formation and fundraising, to day-to-day business challenges. Sarah takes the time to truly understand the key drivers and long-term vision of her client’s in order to properly align legal advice with business objectives.
Sarah has sat on all sides of the table when it comes to building companies - from launching, scaling, investing and consulting - she understands the challenges founders and small businesses face. Prior to focusing on law full-time, Sarah worked at various early-stage startups and built and launched TechSquare Labs, a Google for Entrepreneur hub that included an incubator, seed fund, coworking and corporate innovation space. After that, she scouted emerging technologies and designed test pilots for Fortune 100 companies, such as Proctor & Gamble, Nestlé and Whirlpool. From teams of one to massive corporations, Sarah has seen it all.
An avid adventurer, Sarah has traveled to over 40 countries, summited Mount Kilimanjaro and taught scuba diving in New Zealand. In her free time, you can find her at meetups around town, kiteboarding in the bay, snowboarding in Tahoe or taking long hikes with her dog.
Sarah is licensed to practice law in Georgia. While she resides in San Francisco, she is not yet licensed in California.
